Do I need Wi-Fi for this?
Yes. The camera joins the Wi-Fi at your home or shop, which is what lets you watch it on your phone. Ordinary home broadband is more than enough.
Does it stop recording when the internet drops?
No. It keeps recording to the microSD card inside it. Only the live view pauses, and it comes back on its own once your connection returns.
What size memory card should I get?
A Class 10 card, 64GB or 128GB suits most people. On 24/7 recording, 64GB holds roughly 5 to 10 days before it starts writing over the oldest footage.
Can I watch it while I am abroad?
Yes. As long as the camera has internet and so do you, the app opens from any country, on any network.
Can it go outdoors?
It depends on the model, the outdoor ones are weatherproof. The bullets near the top say whether this one is indoor or outdoor. Message us before you order if you are not sure.
How does the warranty actually work?
