Questions people ask before booking
How do I know which branch covers me?
Use the finder above. It sorts all twenty by straight-line distance from where you are, and each one links to a page about that area. If you would rather not share your location, type your city or barangay in the search box.
Do you charge for the site inspection?
No. The inspection is free and there is no obligation. You get a fixed written quote afterwards, and you decide from there.
Is the price the same at every branch?
Yes. Package prices are the same across the network. What changes is the labour, because that depends on the property, which is what the inspection is for.
What if my area is between two branches?
Then either can take it, and we give the job to whichever can schedule you soonest. Tell us your city on the form and we will sort it out.
Do you cover outside Mega Manila?
We have installed as far as Camarines Sur and Tacloban. Outside the twenty-branch ring it is quoted case by case, so message us with the location and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.
How long does an installation take?
Most 4 to 8 camera homes are a day. Bigger sites, long cable runs or concealed wiring can run to two, and the quote says which before you commit.
Can I buy the equipment and install it myself?
Yes. Every branch sells the packages over the counter, and you can order online. The inspection and installation are optional.
What brands do you install?
Hikvision, Dahua, EZVIZ, IMOU and ZKTeco. We are an authorized distributor for all of them, so the warranty is claimed at the branch rather than posted to a seller.
